Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Safety Professional to support active construction and industrial projects. This role requires a strong field presence, working directly with crews and site leadership to promote a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position will require working overtime and is project based. Key Responsibilities Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions as needed Enforce safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations Conduct routine jobsite inspections, audits, and safety observations Lead and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records Support new hire orientations and ongoing safety training efforts Partner with field personnel and supervisors to promote a positive safety culture Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed Assist with regulatory inspections and client safety requirements as needed Qualifications Experience supporting safety programs in construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related environments Strong understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced field environment Required Certifications OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry (current) First Aid / CPR / AED certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Certifications ASP (Associate Safety Professional) CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) CSP (Certified Safety Professional) OSHA 500/510 or equivalent safety training certifications Education Safety-related degree preferred but not required Relevant safety experience may be considered in lieu of formal education What We're Looking For A hands-on safety professional who enjoys being in the field Someone who can build relationships with crews while maintaining accountability Strong balance of field leadership and administrative support A proactive problem-solver who promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Pay:
