Oversee
ISO 14001
environmental management systems, air, stormwater, and wastewater compliance, waste and chemical management, and spill prevention programs. Promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace while maintaining current knowledge of environmental regulations and communicating compliance-related updates across the organization. Responsibilities Maintain the site Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) Manage air permits, emissions calculations, compliance monitoring, and reporting Oversee stormwater compliance, inspections, sampling, and corrective actions Manage wastewater monitoring, reporting, and regulatory coordination Administer waste, recycling, and scrap handling programs Maintain chemical inventory, SDS library, and hazard communication compliance Lead spill prevention, response, and investigation activities Conduct employee environmental training and inspections Support ongoing environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements 2+ years of manufacturing environmental compliance experience Experience with ISO 14001 and air, stormwater, and wastewater permitting Preferred experience with hazardous/industrial waste management and tire manufacturing Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred certifications:
CPESC, RCRA, DOT
Hazmat, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, CHMM, SPCC
