Your Opportunity, Your Team The Environmental Health & Safety Specialist supports HSN and helps safeguard our Fulfillment Center by guiding a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

As part of our onsite EHS team, you will report to the EHS Manager and work with partners across operations to keep our people safe. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. (Relocation assistance is not available for this role.) What You'll Do Lead hands‑on safety assessments, compliance audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Maintain environmental, health, and safety programs that support safe, efficient Fulfillment Center operations. Deliver engaging new‑hire and ongoing safety training, including Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, and other critical topics. Partner with onsite teams daily to strengthen safe work practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support incident investigations and reporting, ensuring follow‑up and preventive measures. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in an industrial environment supporting or administering EHS programs.
