The Opportunity We are hiring a bilingual Safety Representative based in Laredo, TX to support our growing client base across multiple industries. This is a true entry-level role designed for someone with the right values, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will provide the training, certifications, mentorship, and field experience to launch your career in occupational safety. You will work directly alongside our Lead EHS Strategist and CEO, supporting client engagements that span field site work, training delivery, written safety programs, and operations support. What You Will DoField site visits, inspections, and audits Conduct on-site safety walkthroughs, hazard identification, and compliance checks at client facilities Document findings, photograph conditions, and submit detailed reports Support corrective action tracking and follow-up audits Deliver bilingual safety training Co-facilitate and eventually independently lead OSHA 10/30, forklift, CPR/First Aid, fall protection, and other safety courses Translate, interpret, and deliver materials in both English and Spanish Manage course logistics including rosters, certificates, equipment, and sign-in sheets Write and update safety programs Draft Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and written safety plans Tailor templates to each client's industry and operations Maintain version control and revision history PPE, documentation, and operations support Coordinate PPE distribution, fittings, and inventory under our Restocking Program Maintain client files, training records, and compliance documentation in our internal systems Support scheduling, reporting, and general operations as needed Who You Are (Required) Local to Lubbock, TX; this role is not relocation-eligible Fully bilingual in
English and Spanish:
speaking, reading, and writing Willing and able to travel multi-state nationally on short notice Valid U.S. driver's license, valid government-issued photo ID, and a U.S. passport or REAL ID-compliant identification suitable for domestic air travel Reliable, coachable, and curious; you take notes, ask questions, and follow through Comfortable in industrial environments such as warehouses, construction sites, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers
Tech-comfortable:
smartphones, tablets, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (we will train you on Zoho One) Physically able to walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and stand for extended periods Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior experience in warehouse, construction, manufacturing, military, or distribution settings Existing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card CPR/First Aid certification Forklift, scissor lift, or other equipment operator credentials Public speaking or training delivery experience College coursework in occupational safety, industrial technology, or related fields What We Offer Paid training and certification path including
