We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Safety Officer to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our senior community.

Hours of shift:

Thursday - Monday, 3p-11p Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of residents and staff. Conduct regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions. Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness. Investigate accidents or incidents, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services during crises. Act as a liaison between residents, staff, and management regarding safety concerns.

Hospitality Focus:

Foster a culture of hospitality and warmth in interactions with residents and visitors. Provide assistance and guidance with a friendly demeanor during routine safety checks. Collaborate with hospitality staff to integrate safety measures seamlessly into the resident experience.
