Role:

Urgent need for a Construction Safety Specialist to oversee health and safety compliance on a data center project in Louisa, VA. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular safety inspections and audits Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards Identify hazards and implement corrective actions Lead safety training and promote safe work practices Maintain safety documentation and reports Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Collaborate with project teams on job hazard analysis (JSA) Act as liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

5+ years of construction safety experience Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Safety or related field Certifications such as CSP or CHST (preferred) Experience with accident investigation and reporting is preferred
