Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant- Occupational health

Your day may include:

Treating occupational and non‑occupational injuries and illnesses Performing first aid, follow‑ups, and case management Conducting medical surveillance exams (new hire, RTW, fit‑for‑duty, etc.) Administering immunizations, TB tests, EKGs, audiograms, vision screenings, and more Supporting wellness initiatives, education, and preventive programs Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring HIPAA compliance Collaborating with medical directors, safety teams, and site leadership

What You Bring:

Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Vermont National certification + DEA license BLS required; ACLS preferred 3+ years of advanced practice experience (occupational health a plus) Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑based environment
