Partners, A Tasteful Choice Company is searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant. Full-Time | Des Moines, WA As a leading food manufacturing company, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We're seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Compliance & Quality Specialist to support our commitment to maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. When:
2nd shift: 2:00 pm. - 10:30 pm., Monday through Friday night ($1 shift differential). Training on the 1st shift 6: 00 am .-2:30 pm. What weOffer:
Competitive pay ($22.50-$27.50) per hour, based on experience,. 84 hours PTO first year. Medical, Dental, and Vision available after required hours worked. This position may be exposed to varying temperature changes, loud noises, and the handling of allergen ingredients, including wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame. Key Responsibilities Conduct compliance and quality checks, documentation reviews, and verifications Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and company standards Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation Perform sanitation and allergen verifications Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective action follow‑up Verify specifications, processes, and critical control points (CCPs) Assist with data entry, reporting, and document control Support general housekeeping, inventory processes, and team operations What Makes You a Great Fit Strong communication skills and respectful team collaboration Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and note‑taking skills Able to follow compliance and quality processes accurately Comfortable with problem‑solving and asking clarifying questions Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and occasionally lift 30-50 lbsEducation & Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED 1 year of experience in compliance, quality, or food‑related workPreferred:
Associates degree Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training or certification Experience in quality control, auditing, or compliance‑based roles Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and web‑based tools Work Environment You'll work in both office and operational areas. This includes time on the production floor with varying temperatures, moderate noise, and occasional exposure to common food allergens. PPE is required and provided. The role involves frequent walking and standing, with occasional lifting of 30-50 lbs.
