Job Description
Safety and Occupational Health Management System Activities Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) on behalf of the Department of Energy (DOE) has been contracted by a sponsor agency to support the execution and continued evolution of the sponsor's Safety and Occupational Health Management System (SOHMS) activities while enabling the transition to sustainable internal capability within PNNL. The winning bidder shall provide personnel with demonstrated experience in SOHMS assessments, training delivery, subject matter expertise including coaching and mentoring and integrated program implementation aligned with Sponsor-defined protocols. Work performed under this contract shall support continuity of operations, minimize disruption, and facilitate a phased transition from contractor-supported execution to independent PNNL capability. Support SOHMS assessments, training delivery, and integrated program implementation in accordance with sponsor-defined protocols. Ensure structured knowledge transfer to PNNL personnel to enable independent execution. Maintain continuity of operations while transitioning to sustainable internal capability. Conduct Stage 1, 2, or 3 SOHMS assessments using sponsor-defined protocols, tools, and templates. Perform assessments virtually or on-site In accordance with travel regulations. Support surveys, data collection, analysis, and application of assessment methodologies. Document methods, assumptions, and rationale in each assessment. Provide pre-assessment briefing and post-assessment debrief. Deliver structured knowledge transfer to PNNL personnel during each phase.
Key Personnel:
SOHMS Assessment Lead- At least 7 years conducting Safety and Occupational Health Management System assessments in a lead role using comparable assessment frameworks. Training Delivery SME
- Provide subject matter expertise and at least 10 years' experience conducting training programs. Program Implementation Coordinator
- At least five years' experience Safety and Occupational Health Management System Activities.
Pay:
$75.00- $125.
