We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to perform specialized cleaning and contamination-control procedures within a controlled cleanroom environment. This role requires strict adherence to protocol-driven cleaning standards to support cleanroom operations and maintain critical environmental conditions. This position involves working in highly controlled indoor environments while wearing full cleanroom protective garments and utilizing specialized cleaning equipment and approved chemical cleaning agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed critical cleaning of cleanroom environments following strict contamination-control protocols. Operate HEPA-filter vacuum systems and approved cleanroom cleaning equipment to remove particulate contamination. Clean surfaces, equipment, walls, floors, and designated work areas using approved chemical cleaning agents and documented cleaning procedures. Follow established gowning, de-gowning, and cleanroom entry/exit procedures. Wear full cleanroom PPE, including protective coveralls, gloves, masks, and shoe coverings for extended periods. Maintain sterile and contamination-controlled conditions through precise cleaning methods and attention to detail. Follow site-specific cleaning sequences and procedures to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards. Assist with maintaining safe, organized, and contamination-free work areas. Lift and move equipment or materials weighing up to 75 pounds as required. Operate or be willing to become certified to operate a scissor lift for elevated cleaning tasks. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and client operational standards.
Requirements:
Must provide your own work boots (steel-toed recommended when required outside controlled areas). Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to work for extended periods while wearing full-body cleanroom protective suits and PPE. Comfortable working in highly structured environments requiring strict procedural compliance. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow exact cleaning protocols without deviation. MWEP certification or willingness to become certified on a scissor lift. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Previous cleanroom, technical cleaning, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other controlled-environment experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No overtime is expected, but flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Wage:
$26 per hour
