Sanitation Responsibilities:

• Operate and clean production equipment
• Clean all no machinery parts by hand
• Squeegee and sweep floors
• Responsible for handling and controlling a 250+ hose
• Work with caustics and acids while hand scrubbing equipment
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure

Requirements For Sanitation:

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Frequently required to walk
• Ability to lift and move up to 10lbs frequently, ability to lift and move up to 25lbs occasionally
• Ability to use tools and gauges as needed
• Ability to use hands and fingers to inspect and move products
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to understand weight and measurements
