Schedule Details/Additional Information Full Time Various shifts available with rotating weekends- Days (1st: 7a-3p), Evenings (3p-11p) & Nights (11p-7a) What You Will Do Delivers security services with a customer-first, professional, and compassionate approach aligned to policy and training Maintains a visible, approachable presence while enforcing safety regulations and upholding ethical standards Conducts interior/exterior patrols, safety inspections, and security audits to identify risks and ensure compliance Responds to incidents including workplace violence, combative individuals, and safety threats, using de-escalation and force as needed Serves as a frontline responder to emergencies (e.g., fire, active threats, infant abduction) and intervenes to prevent injury Investigates incidents, documents reports, manages complaints, and partners with law enforcement and first responders Supports overall site safety through traffic/crowd control, team education, and collaboration across departments What You Will Bring Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) issued by the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) must be obtained on a one-time basis within two years of appointment to this role. Recertification is not required. A valid driver's license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicle.

Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon (e.g. TASER) use within 90 days of hire and periodically thereafter. $21.85 - $32.80 per hour
