Job Description

Overview B&B Energy Services is looking to hire a Field Safety Representative, where your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and compliance of our field operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead safety initiatives across complex oil and gas construction projects, promoting a culture of proactive risk management and occupational health. Responsibilities Implement and monitor safety protocols aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, our company's safety program and our cliental's requirements to minimize risks on construction sites. Conduct comprehensive safety inspections of construction sites to identify hazards related to risk management, occupational health, and environmental safety (EHS). Provide ongoing safety training and guidance to field personnel on construction management practices, and compliance management. Assist in incident investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers to ensure all construction activities comply with cliental requirements, OSHA regulations, and other relevant safety standards. Maintain detailed records of safety audits, incident reports, training sessions, and compliance documentation for regulatory review. Experience Proven experience in construction management or construction site roles within the oil and gas industry. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and compliance management practices. Demonstrated ability to manage risk assessments effectively while prioritizing occupational health initiatives. Prior experience conducting safety training sessions for construction projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Construction site experience that highlights your capability to oversee complex operations while maintaining rigorous safety standards. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
