This role serves as the primary point of contact for APS representatives and ensures consistent service delivery, staffing coverage, compliance, and communication across all assigned locations. The Account Manager operates on-site or within close proximity to APS facilities and provides direct oversight of supervisors and field personnel to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Management Oversee daily security operations across all assigned APS sites Ensure all posts are staffed and operational at all times Implement and enforce site-specific post orders and APS procedures Conduct routine site visits and inspections Minimum Qualifications 3-7+ years of security or operations experience Experience supervising personnel in a multi-site environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage scheduling, staffing, and real-time operational issues Familiarity with security operations, reporting systems, and compliance requirements

Experience:

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written skills Write clearly and concisely using acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Write organized, complete, accurate and factual reports. Physical Demands Must be able to perform physical tasks, including patrolling large areas and standing for extended periods. Adapt to temperature changes (including extreme heat)
