This management-level role will lead the migration of legacy SONET networks to Nokia
SAR/IP-MPLS
systems across utility sites, helping strengthen mission-critical communications for energy and utility operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end SONET-to-Nokia SAR migration program across utility sites. Lead project planning, schedules, resource coordination, execution tracking, and risk mitigation. Coordinate telecom, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and project teams to ensure successful deployments. Oversee utility communication systems supporting SCADA, teleprotection, substations, and mission-critical network services. Ensure project activities align with NERC CIP
standards, utility regulations, safety requirements, and cybersecurity expectations. Support validation, readiness, and implementation activities for Nokia SAR and Nokia NSP network solutions. Compensation and Benefits Contract/temporary position. Compensation:
