Deputy Site Security Manager CenCore - 3.2 Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Procedural guides Team leadership High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility Security escort duties Access control management Documentation Handling Cross-functional communication Full Job Description CenCore is seeking a Deputy Site Security Manager to support secure manufacturing, production, and deployment operations for portable and modular Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). This role supports the Site Security Manager in overseeing daily site security operations, access control, visitor management, production-floor security, documentation, compliance readiness, and customer-facing security coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting secure government facilities, manufacturing or production environments, modular SCIF builds, ICD-705 requirements, and cleared operations. This position requires a disciplined, detail-oriented security professional who can serve as the on-site deputy security lead while maintaining compliance with customer requirements, government security standards, and mission-driven production priorities. Key Responsibilities Assist the Site Security Manager with daily oversight of site security operations supporting secure manufacturing, production, and modular SCIF-related activities. Support implementation and enforcement of physical security procedures, access control processes, visitor management, badging, escort procedures, controlled area requirements, and secure material handling. Coordinate with manufacturing, production, engineering, logistics, quality, facilities, and program leadership to ensure security requirements are integrated into daily production workflows. Support security requirements related to portable and modular SCIF fabrication, assembly, staging, testing, shipment, installation, and customer acceptance activities. Assist with ICD-705 compliance support, secure construction requirements, documentation tracking, inspection readiness, and corrective action follow-up. Serve as the on-site security point of contact when the Site Security Manager is unavailable. Help ensure personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors comply with site-specific security policies, customer requirements, and facility access protocols. Assist with incident reporting, security violation documentation, risk identification, mitigation tracking, and escalation to senior leadership as required. Coordinate with corporate security, the FSO, program management, production leadership, and customer representatives to support contract and accreditation requirements. Support development and maintenance of site security plans, SOPs, post orders, access rosters, visitor logs, training records, inspection documentation, and other security-related files. Participate in production meetings, security briefings, customer discussions, and cross-functional tiger teams to resolve real-time security, production, and facility issues. Maintain situational awareness across the production floor and secure work areas to identify vulnerabilities, process gaps, and compliance risks. Support readiness for customer inspections, government reviews, site audits, secure facility walkthroughs, and accreditation-related activities. Promote a culture of security, accountability, professionalism, and mission-first execution across the site. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card. Minimum of 4 years of experience in site security, physical security, industrial security, secure facility operations, construction security, production security, or a related field. Experience working in or supporting manufacturing, production, fabrication, assembly, logistics, or secure facility build environments. Working knowledge of SCIF operations, secure facility requirements, controlled access areas, visitor control, escort procedures, and security documentation. Ability to support multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, government customers, subcontractors, production teams, and security personnel. Experience assisting with SOPs, security procedures, incident reporting, compliance tracking, or site security documentation. Ability to work independently and act as the deputy security lead when required. Ability to pass background screening and meet customer/site access requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting portable or modular SCIF manufacturing, production, installation, or accreditation activities. Knowledge of ICD-705 requirements and secure construction principles. Experience with government contracts, cleared manufacturing environments, SCIF builds, classified programs, or secure facility construction. Active Secret , Top Secret , or TS/SCI clearance preferred. Prior experience as a Deputy Site Security Manager, Site Security Lead, FSO/AFSO support professional, Construction Security Lead, CST Lead, or secure facility operations supervisor. Experience coordinating with production, engineering, logistics, facilities, quality assurance, and customer security teams. Familiarity with
NISPOM, DD254
requirements, access control systems, visitor control processes, and security inspection readiness. Prior military, law enforcement, industrial security, government contracting, or cleared-facility experience is highly desired. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Construction Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent military, government, security, manufacturing, or secure construction experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
