Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI with willingness to complete a Polygraph The Security Representative supports the Global Security-Program Security organization in executing high-priority national security missions. Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance
- Implement and maintain security procedures and other applicable regulations.
- Customer Visits
- Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
- Badge Issuance
- Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other Program Security reps, program managers, and engineering leads to integrate security requirements into program execution.
- Incident Response
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness
- Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
- Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within 60 minutes.
- Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.
- Familiar with SCI security requirements and policy and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with signed consent to complete a Polygraph
- General knowledge of government security directives
- Familiarity using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, classified destruction, customer service.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400- $101,200.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
