Job Type Full-time Compensation Base salary + commission (performance-based). About Eastern Security Eastern Security Inc. is a fast-growing, full-service security guard company serving Orlando and throughout Florida. We provide armed and unarmed security, mobile patrol, and foot patrol services for HOAs, commercial properties, construction sites, retail plazas, hotels, and live events. The Role We're hiring a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can build relationships, uncover client needs, and deliver tailored security solutions that win long-term contracts. What You'll Do
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business for armed/unarmed guarding, mobile patrol, and foot patrol services
  • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and local market activity
  • Conduct site walks and needs assessments; create clear proposals and competitive quotes
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and strong service delivery after the sale
  • Build accurate forecasts and report pipeline progress against company monthly and quarterly growth targets
  • Maintain consistent client communication and proactive account management
  • Achieve or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals that support company revenue targets
  • Track activity and pipeline updates (calls, meetings, proposals, closes) What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (security services, facilities services, staffing, or related industries preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience selling contract security services (guarding/patrol)
  • Existing network in HOAs, property management, construction, hospitality, or commercial real estate
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
