Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Security Nightlife Manager is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: Manage all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day s activities. Compile information and file written reports Ensures all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are monitored and performed to a high standard and in accordance with contractual requirements with service providers Initiate investigations, write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion and ensure appropriate follow-up with guests, visitors and employees, documenting all contacts. Completes accurate reports in Diligence, investigating the root cause of accidents and addressing them to prevent recurrences. Supervising Diligence reports from other team members and proactively leading investigations Tracks departmental safety record and document medically treated and non-treated injuries Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Nightclub and private event security experience Have 3-5 years security experience in a supervisory related capacity Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English Able to work independently and as a team The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Has a Class D License and CPR Certificate We've kept it short and sweet - just the essentials you'll need.
