Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role is ideal for a security professional with a strong background in corporate security, investigations, law enforcement, military security, or physical security program management. The Physical Security Specialist will help protect employees, visitors, facilities, and company assets across multiple locations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a stable financial services environment with supportive leadership, strong operational standards, and meaningful responsibility in safeguarding people and property. The role is well-suited for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, problem-solving, and the ability to make a direct impact on organizational safety and security readiness. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies, procedures, programs, and site-level standards.
  • Conduct security investigations related to incidents, policy violations, employee concerns, suspicious activity, and other security matters.
  • Manage and monitor access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and related physical security technologies.
  • Coordinate installation, testing, maintenance, repair, and vendor support for security equipment and systems.
  • Serve as a key liaison with law enforcement, emergency responders, external security partners, and internal leadership.
  • Lead or support emergency response activities, evacuations, facility inspections, security assessments, and compliance documentation. Compensation and Benefits

    $83,000
  • $133,000 per year.
