This leadership role is responsible for supervising officers, maintaining site security standards, responding to incidents, and ensuring exceptional client service at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, prior security management experience, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations at assigned client sites Supervise and support security officers to ensure compliance with company and client policies Monitor access control systems, CCTV cameras, and site activity Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and security assessments Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional manner Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary Prepare detailed incident reports, shift reports, and documentation Enforce loss prevention and safety procedures Assist with scheduling, staffing, and officer performance management Maintain a strong security presence and professional appearance at all times Provide first aid/CPR assistance when required Requirements Valid State of Florida Driver's License Valid State of Florida Class D Security License Valid State of Florida Class G Armed Security License CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Active Shooter Certification O.C.
