Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the official Security Qualifying Manager. Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Provide leadership and oversight to the local security operations team. Act as the primary point of contact with state regulators and law enforcement agencies. Support client relations, inspections, audits, and incident response as needed. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training security professionals. Uphold company policies and the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid qualifying manager License in good standing. Strong understanding of state laws and regulations in the security industry. Must be of good character and reputation Must meet qualifying experience requirements Must submit Livescan fingerprints Must maintain required insurance coverage for the agency Must obtain and maintain the Security Guard Agency license before operating Prior management or leadership experience in security operations preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to travel within the state as needed. Must be at least 25 years of age and meet all state and federal eligibility requirements. Maryland recognizes qualifying experience such as: Five years as a full-time police officer Five years as a licensed private detective Three years investigative experience in law enforcement Certain correctional supervisor or fire investigator experience may also qualify Why Join Us?
