This includes, but is not limited to, mission changes resulting in increase or decrease of resources, reconfigurion of resource areas, and construction of facilities on or in the vicinity of current and planned sensor locions. Reports and documents all IDS maintenance requirements to the servicing maintenance organizion. Monitors IDS false and nuisance alarms and, when necessary, requests assistance from the maintenance organizion to resolve problems and deficiency. Coordines with maintenance and meriel management functions to ensure sufficient spare parts and maintenance are available to support the IBDSS equipment and component. Responsible for the management and administrion of the physical access control systems (i.e. Defense BiometricsIdentificion System - DBIDS). Manages entry control point (ECP) reled applicions associed with DBIDS and the Security ForcesInformion Management System (SFMIS). Manages the functional and operional sustainment of all da processing programs such as DBIDS, SFMIS, and other systems installed and/or programmed for the ECP. Produces and maintains and reled reports for command echelon personnel. Provides feedback to supervisor regarding identified or perceived base access vulnerabilities with recommendions for their mitigion. Reviews the operional stus of sensor subsystems ensuring all required testing procedures are followed. Researches, interprets, and analyzes guidelines to ensure all work complies with legal and regulory requirements. Performs additional reled duties as required or directed. Develops goals and objectives th integre organizion and squadron objectives. Performs administrive office support functions and develops, coordines, and publishes all SF installion level publicions to include the Installion Security Plan, the Installion Security Instruction, and SF annexes to all installion plans. Performs installion security duties. Leads and manages SF programs designed to provide a secure mission environment. Establishes requirements for police services, physical security, and Anti-Terrorism programs. Establishes liaison between SF and civilian law enforcement agencies. Performs other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE

Experience, educion or training in collecting and analyzing da effectively, efficiently, and accurely. Able to apply procedures and directives by reading and interpreting technical merial. Demonstred ability to follow directions, to read, understand, and retain a variety of instructions, regulions, and procedures. Learned ability to assess the surrounding environment to recognize immedie risk levels. Must have the educion and valided understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupional series and grade for one of the seven organizional program disciplines and its applicable Security Series career.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: At least 24-months experience, educion, or training in planning, directing, coordining, and controlling installion and law enforcement activities. The incumbent must have experience providing training in areas reled to this position and analyzing reports of investigions and maintaining security records. Experience th equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and th is typically in or reled to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupion in the organizion. Applicants who have the 1 year of approprie specialized experience are not required by this standard to have general experience, educion above the high school level, or any additional specialized experience to meet the minimum qualificion requirements. Length of time is not of itself qualifying.
