Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Collaborate with sales teams to identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth. Conduct strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with overall business objectives. Monitor profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
