You will execute local records check for requests for investigaion. You will serve as the point of contact with government investigative agencies performing security and background investgations. You will assist individual agency personnel in preparing and submitting personnel investigation requests through the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining key control; inspecting, analyzing, and evaluating security systems; utilizing various security systems and databases (such as the Marine Corps Electronic Security System (MCESS); AND developing security program policies and procedures.
