Position Summary Provides security coordination, access control oversight, and analytical support to organizational security programs. Supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of security processes, ensuring compliance with federal, DoD, and organizational requirements. Applies analytical skills to evaluate security operations, identify risks, and recommend process improvements. •This position is contingent upon contract award• Essential Duties Coordinate personnel access, visitor control, and facility security processes in accordance with DoD and organizational policies. Manage and monitor access control systems, including CCURE or similar platforms, ensuring accurate permissions and audit readiness. Conduct security assessments, analyze vulnerabilities, and support corrective action planning. Assist in developing and updating security policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation. Track and report security metrics, incidents, and trends to support management decision making. Support onboarding and clearance verification processes for staff and contractors. Liaise with internal stakeholders, military personnel, and external partners to ensure consistent security operations. Provide administrative and analytical support to security program reviews, inspections, and audits. Required Qualifications US Citizen Active Secret clearance Minimum 3 years of relevant security or management analysis experience. 6 years of military security experience , demonstrating strong familiarity with DoD security protocols. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate proficiency with CCURE or similar access control software . Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to interpret and apply security policies, regulations, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal or DoD security programs. Knowledge of physical security, access management, and incident reporting requirements.
