Job Skills / Requirements Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Regional Manager for our Portland, OR market. The Regional Manager is responsible for leading operations, client relationships, customer service, and personal management within a designated, geographical portfolio. The ideal candidate has proven leadership abilities and a commitment to service and outstanding client and employee relationships. This position offers a compensation package of over to $140,000
  • , which includes: Annual salary Monthly vehicle allowance

  • plus mileage (paid at current IRS rate) Annual performance-based bonus potential (10% of base salary) Growth component bonus

Local candidates are highly preferred as this role sits in Portland and must be available to visit client sites in greater Portland and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire, train, develop and motivate supervisory staff to effectively manage daily operations of security site personnel. Oversee regional employee onboarding process to include interviews, selection, training, and licensing of new hires. Build superior customer relationships and exceed client service levels to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Manage employee performance including performance appraisals, employee recognition, coaching and staff development initiatives, and corrective actions. The regional manager will work with the appropriate supervisor to ensure that all decisions comply with company policy and federal and state regulations.
