Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief of Security and Deputy Chief to supplement the Management Team which is being newly implemented into the company to lead our security operations with energy, precision, and a proactive mindset. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of security management, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and facilities. Your leadership will inspire confidence fostering a secure environment through strategic planning, vigilant surveillance, conflict resolution, and emergency response coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact by maintaining the highest standards of safety and security. Duties A full breakdown of job duties will be discussed, but job duties do include and are not limited to ensuring operations run smoothly, employee training, employee oversight, handling of incidents, Site Inspections and Site Orientations and also being required to fill in and work security, protection, and P.I. shifts. This is a hands on position where all members of the Management Team may often be actively filling in and working shifts, as part of the make up of the job position and due to a variety of variables that will be discussed. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard personnel and property. Lead security teams in conducting surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect and prevent threats. Oversee access control measures for all entry points, verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate emergency response efforts including first aid administration (CPR), conflict management, and liaising with law enforcement agencies during incidents. Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and loss prevention initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures. Manage incident reports, security logs, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for all security-related activities. Train staff on security procedures, conflict de-escalation techniques, first aid (including CPR), and emergency protocols to enhance team readiness. Requirements Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or corporate security leadership roles demonstrating strong command skills. Extensive knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operations and loss prevention strategies. Certifications in first aid (including CPR), conflict management, and law enforcement procedures are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations with clarity and confidence. Strong understanding of security protocols related to access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and loss prevention. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, staff members, and external partners. Ability to lead by example with integrity while fostering a culture of safety awareness across the organization. Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is at the forefront! This role offers an energetic atmosphere driven by purpose—protecting people and assets while empowering your leadership talents every day. •Take note, very important: There will be an, approximately, Three Month/90 Days training period in which new hires will initially start at a lower rank with hourly rate and work basic security so their work performance can be reviewed as they learn the company and the locations before officially getting the Title with Salary. Salary/Payrate will be discussed in detail during a scheduled interview. The pay range above starts at the salary of an unarmed Deputy Chief position and ends at an armed Chief position. There is an 8 phase plan that has been implemented to show the progression of significant raises, to $54,080.00 for a Non235 Chief. Likewise, the pay scale for 235 certified Team Members' exponentially increases. The implementation of the Management Team is a rather significant step for the company, and it is imperative that the correct personnel are in place and after a trial run of this experiment the salaries will increase, significantly. Salary includes 48 hours paid vacation and 48 hours paid sick/personal days.
Preferred Credentials:
Not all in total and in any combination thereof: ACT 67 Certification ACT 120 Certification Four Year Completed College Degree. Military with achieving, at minimum, the Rank of Sergeant.
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Minimum Four Years Supervisory/Management Experience in Security, Investigations, and/or Protective Services. Minimum Six Years Supervisory/Management Experience in other, related, fields.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum Eight Years Private Security Experience, or in combination with Police, Corrections, etc. Minimum Eight Years Private Investigative Experience, or in combination with Police/Other Investigative Experience. Minimum Eight Years Executive Protection/Protective Services Experience.

Full-time •Take note, very important: There may be several applicants hired. If several applicants are hired and go through the training process, those who are not selected for the Chief and Deputy Chief positions will be designated to Captain, Detective, Commander, Lieutenant, etc.

$44,720.00 - $52,520.00 per hour
