Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager specializing in Fire & Security Sales to join our growing team. Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and targeted marketing campaigns to expand the client base in the fire and security sector. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering innovative solutions aligned with their safety requirements. Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, leveraging technical sales knowledge and product expertise. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze account performance for strategic planning. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly communicating technical features and benefits. Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Experience Proven success in B2B sales within the fire safety, security technology, or related sectors. Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for sales tracking and analysis. Knowledge of fire safety systems, security technology solutions, or related products is highly desirable. Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
