Responsibilities Develop and lead a global security strategy that protects employees, facilities, and company assets. Direct security operations, including access, surveillance, and emergency response systems. Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage crises and ensure business continuity. Promote security awareness, training, and reporting across all teams and locations. What We're Looking For Bring 10+ years of corporate physical security experience, including 5+ in global leadership. Demonstrate expertise in risk management, crisis response, and emergency planning. Understand security systems such as access control, CCTV, and monitoring centers. Lead and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams. Collaborate effectively with law enforcement and external security partners. Communicate clearly with leaders, employees, and stakeholders at all levels. Analyze and solve complex security challenges with sound judgment and data-driven insight. Hold relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience in security management.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$150,800.00

Maximum:

$329,900.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
