Business Development & Security Accounts Manager Victor Valley / High Desert Area / Inland Empire / Antelope Valley / Bakersfield 5 Star Guard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven individual to join our growing management team as a Business Development & Security Accounts Manager. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the security industry, sales, account management, business development, law enforcement, military leadership, or operations management who understands both client relations and operational professionalism. This role focuses on helping grow the company through contract acquisition, client retention, relationship management, and operational coordination.

• ### Compensation

• Starting Base Pay:

  $20 per hour
• Commission Opportunities on Secured & Retained Accounts
• Performance Bonuses Available
• 32+ Hours Per Week
• Growth & Advancement Opportunities
• 90-Day Probationary Period
• ### Responsibilities
• Generate and secure new security contracts
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Assist with contract renewals and account retention
• Coordinate with supervisors and operations staff
• Help ensure quality service delivery at assigned accounts
• Represent the company professionally in the field and during meetings
• Assist with business growth and operational development
• ### Qualifications
• Previous experience in:
• Security Industry
• Sales
• Account Management
• Business Development
• Military / Law Enforcement (Preferred)
• Operations Management
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

• Existing business relationships or networking experience
• Security operations knowledge
• Experience obtaining or maintaining contracts/accounts
