A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology at VF looks a little like this. The Sr Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology leads the strategy, design, development and execution of VF's global asset protection technology ecosystem. This role develops and manages a clear technology roadmap and ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while protecting people, products, and assets. This role sets the long-term vision for asset protection technology at VF. By modernizing platforms, standardizing solutions, and using data-driven insights, this leader enables proactive loss prevention and safer environments across the enterprise.   • Lead the global strategy for asset protection equipment and technology across VF facilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end technology roadmap from assessment through implementation.
  • Lead selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of security technologies.
  • Establish global standards and governance for AP technology.
  • Partner closely with IT to ensure secure system integration and data privacy.
  • Manage capital and operating budgets for AP technology programs.
  • Lead vendor strategy including RFPs and performance management.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions.
  • Develop metrics to measure system effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support investigations and incident response through reliable technology tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
  • 8+ years of experience in asset protection or security technology leadership.
  • Experience building and executing enterprise technology strategies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, geographically distributed operations.
  • Location requirement: While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will reside within Colorado.

Hiring Range:
$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process. Benefits at
