Post implementation security review to confirm approach for security ads to controls for secure,pliant and scalable access across all HCM modules, reporting, integrations and technical oversight monitoring and support. To include positioned with a governance structure that includes routine security audits, access control reviews, andpliance checks. The Workday Sr Security Administrator primary responsibility to lead to partner with Client and vendor to confirm governance structure and post implementation review security configuration with an all-inclusive, top-down view to identify inconsistencies and layers ofplexity that may no longer be required per established governance structure.Essential Job Functions:
Serve as lead Workday Security subject-matter expert. Initiate and lead discussions with stakeholders, HR partners, Risk, Compliance, and Technology and vendor support teams to understand access needs to deliver securepliant security solutions forplex and cross-functional environments. Provide expert analysis for security configuration, identifying gaps, risks, inefficiencies, unintended access and rmending mitigation strategies. Support Workday reporting and integration security, ensuring appropriate data access, secure data transmission, andpliance with internal control frameworks. Developing reports utilizing Workday Report Designer Tools Work with implementation partner and Client internal resources on Authentication and SSO. Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of security and technical issues. Assist with development and reporting efforts in Workday's HCM system. Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing. Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent withpany standards and procedures. Develop documentation in line with approach for on-going review and maintenance for security designs, SOX controls, audit evidence, standards and decision rationale. Position agency to proactively monitor uing Workday releases and evaluate new security functionality to identify opportunities to strength controls, improve audit oues and increase efficiency. Other related tasks to ensure on-going secure and supported system. Manage records created and received inpliance with the Records Management Policies and Procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills essential toJob Functions:
Demonstrates senior level expertise with proven record of success in Workday Security to include HCM modules (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance and etc...) reporting and integration security. Proven experience designing and maintaining role-based security models within Workday, along with expertise in domain, business process and reporting security. Demonstrated ability to work independently as contributor at the Manager level, managingplete priorities and accountability without people management responsibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolveplex security access and approval scenarios/ issues. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing security projects for workday implementation, including planning, execution, and risk management. Collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative and transparent environment. Ability to mentor team members and transfer knowledge to others Must be technically and functionally oriented (good problem solving and troubleshooting skills), excellentmunication skills (both written and verbal), self-motivated, self-directed, good multi-tasking skills, quality oriented, flexible, andmitted to successful on-timepletion of tasks. Strongmunication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential for effectively working with diverse teams and stakeholders.Safety Responsibility:

6 years of experience Security Administration Workday HCM. 6 years of proven expertise in user authentication, user authorization and data security 6 years of proven expertise in system auditing for Workday HRMS solution 6 years proven experience creating and updating custom reports utilizing the latest Workday HCM reporting tools. Active Workday Pro Security CertificationsPhysical Demands:
