About The Role About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Regional Support Manager to join our team. This is a key role providing operational support across the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and offering contract management support where required. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our core security operations while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities Provide contract management cover within the designated region Support core security team operations and regional delivery Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery Essential Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Strong self-motivation , organisational ability, and customer-focused mindset High level of IT proficiency Working knowledge of TimeGate and Agresso systems (desirable/essential as applicable) Excellent administrative skills , with strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure A proactive, team-oriented approach Good geographical knowledge of the assigned region Ability to follow strict procedures and policies with precision Flexibility to meet the needs of the role and the business Excellent timekeeping and attendance record About You You are a driven and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
