Security Manager

Trident Security Services is currently hiring a full-time Security Manager to join our management team. The Security Manager will be responsible for assisting with our weekly schedule for 200+ employees, hiring officers for to fill various opened positions, keeping officers accountable by holding our officers to our high standards, enforcing set procedures, create positive relationship with our clients, solve problems at various sites for our clients, and create plans and following through to make our operations more efficient, conduct on-site trainings, and bring ideas and solutions to Trident Security's Management Team. Below are the list of requirements for the position: 1. Must have at least 3 years of private security management experience. 2. Must have experience with scheduling/managing 100+ employees. 3. Must have experience with client relations. 4. Must be a US Citizen. 5. Must be able to pass a SLED background check. 6. Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test. 7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and daily computer skills. 8. Must have firearm experience and can pass a SLED firearm course. Resumes will be monitored daily.
