Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Security Solutions Business Development Manager to lead the commercial growth of our security technology division in Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and closing high-value security solutions projects across residential, corporate, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise , technical understanding of security systems , and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market engagement. Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline , ensuring consistent progress across all stages of the sales cycle. Conduct on-site client visits to assess security needs, evaluate risk exposure, and recommend customized technology solutions. Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities . Develop and expand relationships with existing clients through cross-selling and recurring service opportunities . Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging security technologies to support strategic growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management , preferably within the security technology, telecommunications, or related industries. Strong understanding of security solutions such as surveillance systems, access control, alarms, and integrated security technologies is highly desirable. Proven ability to develop client relationships and close complex sales opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct client site visits .
