Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr. Industrial Security Representative / FSO in the Austin, TX area. This individual will lead and manage the company's industrial security program, acting as the primary liaison to federal oversight agencies and ensuring compliance with all security regulations. They will oversee personnel security processes, including clearance submissions and tracking, maintain facility security requirements for secure spaces, and conduct routine self-inspections and audits. The role also includes managing visit requests, handling incident reporting, and ensuring employees complete required security training. Additionally, this person will support and coordinate insider threat initiatives, provide security briefings, and maintain documentation and compliance records across the organization. The compensation range for this role is $115,000

- Active Secret clearance or higher
- 7-10+ years of experience in industrial security
- Experience performing FSO responsibilities within NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
- Experience managing personnel security, facility security, and compliance programs
- Experience with SCIF and Open Storage Space (OSS) accreditation and maintenance
- Knowledge of ITAR/EAR and COMSEC policies Insider Threat Program experience
- Experience interfacing with DCSA or other federal oversight agencies
