Long Term Role Overview This role serves as the primary technical owner for a critical enterprise security system that supports access control, site operations, and compliance across a global organization. The position ensures system reliability, security, and consistent standards across all locations. Key Responsibilities Own the overall architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management of the security platform Ensure system stability and prevent outages that could disrupt business operations Identify and address security and compliance risks, including audit findings Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high-severity issues Support system upgrades, performance improvements, and integration efforts without impacting operations Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and support agreements to control costs and ensure coverage Role Importance Supports a mission-critical system essential for daily operations and security Minimizes operational disruptions and security risks Improves incident response and resolution times Enables safe modernization of technology platforms Strengthens governance and cost efficiency This role requires close collaboration with security and operations teams, especially during incidents and critical projects.
