Marksman Security is looking for a Site Director of Security to lead a flagship commercial property in the heart of Houston. We are looking for a tech-savvy leader who can command a room and manage complex security infrastructures. Why Marksman Security? As a Site Director, you are the face of our commitment to excellence. You will manage a top-tier team and utilize industry-leading technology to protect one of Rosemont's premier office assets.

What You'll Do:

Lead security operations for a high-traffic commercial office building. Directly interface with Property Management in weekly operational strategy meetings. Master and maintain DSX Access Control and exacqVision/Axis surveillance systems. Partner with Rosemont Public Service for emergency preparedness and fire drills. Manage budgets and CapEx requests to ensure the site remains state-of-the-art. Foster a culture of professional growth through continuous staff training.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Commercial High-Rise security management.

Strong technical aptitude:

You should be an expert in Microsoft Office and modern VMS/Access Control systems. A "Safety First" mindset with a deep understanding of fire control systems. Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage clients and vendors effectively.

Salary & Benefits:
