Job Summary The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties: Manage daily operational and administrative functions for a large contract in the area Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times. Serve as the company's designated Qualifying Agent for Utah operations. Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and permitting requirements. Monitor and maintain the company's standing with relevant state regulatory agencies. Preferred Qualifications Successfully passed the Utah State Contract Security Company Qualifying Agent (QA) examination. Current resident of the State of Utah. Minimum of 6,000 hours of supervisory experience , as required by state regulations. Prior experience serving as a Qualifying Agent for a licensed security company.
