Fort Belvoir, VA (On‑site, classified environment) About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Mid‑level Messaging Manager to support intelligence messaging operations in a secure government environment. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring Army intelligence messaging systems, ensuring accurate message handling, profile management, and timely dissemination in accordance with mission requirements and security policies. The Messaging Manager applies technical and operational expertise to monitor message traffic, identify anomalies, support foreign disclosure and dissemination activities, and produce professional documentation and briefings for stakeholders. What you'll do Operate and monitor Multimedia Message Manager (M3) to support intelligence messaging operations Conduct message profile management and monitor message traffic for anomalies or operational issues Support intelligence dissemination and, where applicable, foreign disclosure activities in accordance with policy Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse technical and operational audiences Draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to messaging operations Produce reports and documentation incorporating text and graphics to clearly convey complex concepts Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve messaging issues and support mission requirements Ensure messaging activities comply with security, access control, and operational standards Qualifications Two (2) years of demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3) , including profile management and monitoring message traffic for anomalies Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination , or the demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce professional reports Ability to work effectively in a classified environment with minimal supervision Education (Desired) Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Security & Certification Requirements Active DoD TS/SCI clearance , with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 / IT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM
