Fort Belvoir, VA (On‑site, classified environment) About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Mid‑level Helpdesk / Access Manager to support access management, identity validation, and organizational messaging activities in a secure government environment. This role ensures that users are properly validated, provisioned, and supported across intelligence systems and Communities of Interest (COIs), while adhering to strict security, classification, and need‑to‑know requirements. The Helpdesk / Access Manager serves as a key interface between users, security offices, and system owners, applying sound judgment in access decisions and supporting mission‑critical intelligence operations. What you'll do Support access management operations using Multimedia Message Manager (M3) , including profile management and validation of access to system Communities of Interest (COIs) Perform access validation and entitlement checks , including: PKI Trusted Agent activities Verification of security clearance information in JPAS , Scattered Castles , or successor systems Validation of user access using need‑to‑know applications (e.g., JEMS, NCTC tools) Support and apply complex security classification procedures and decisions , including: Coalition or foreign partner support Foreign disclosure considerations Intelligence dissemination Cross‑domain operations Demonstrate understanding of organizational messaging within the DoD or Intelligence Community Serve as a point of contact for access‑related inquiries and issues, coordinating resolution with stakeholders Draft, maintain, and update documentation , including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and access‑related guidance Produce reports and records related to access management and user support activities Ensure all actions comply with security policies, access controls, and operational standards Qualifications Two (2) years of demonstrated experience using M3 , including profile management or validating access to Communities of Interest Demonstrated experience with access management operations , including PKI Trusted Agent activities or clearance/access validation Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification procedures or decisions , such as foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, coalition support, or cross‑domain operations Demonstrated understanding of organizational messaging in the DoD or Intelligence Community Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a classified environment Education (Desired) Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Security & Certification Requirements Active DoD TS/SCI clearance , with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 / IT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOMSimilar jobs in Fort Belvoir, VA
