Safety Engineer

location: 44740 Performance Cir, Ashburn, VA 20147 We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee and ensure the physical safety of our IDC (Internet Data Center) facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, compliant access to all personnel and assets, and ensuring that all on-site operations meet our company's safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical security of the IDC site, maintaining compliance for all personnel and asset access.
• Implement and manage high-standard security management systems in line with industry best practices.
• Supervise and guide regional/local security teams to ensure consistent execution of safety protocols.
• Coordinate with SOC (Security Operations Center) to respond to on-site security incidents and alarms.
• Manage emergency response procedures and handle unexpected events effectively.
• Foster effective communication across departments — upward, downward, and horizontally — to align goals and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Lead team organization, goal-setting, and task allocation with clear performance evaluation.
• Utilize information flow, resource coordination, and project management to drive inter-departmental collaboration and achieve business objectives. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Property Management, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience
• in property management, security management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of advanced safety management systems and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives and drive results. Performance Evaluation Criteria
• Successfully implement and standardise the company's security management system within the assigned region.
• Effectively apply physical security control technologies and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate efficiently with the SOC to manage on-site security alerts and incidents.
