Your expertise in law enforcement procedures and security protocols will ensure the safety of everyone on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a frontline protector while working within a dedicated security team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential threats. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly. Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate assistance until emergency services arrive. Skills Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement with a strong understanding of security protocols. Proficiency in surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and other monitoring tools. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to respond effectively during medical emergencies. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
