PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access. Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vendors, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor processing and delivery coordination. Support order at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and high-traffic zones for policy compliance and potential hazards, then communicating issues through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
