Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety Control entry and exit points by verifying credentials of visitors, contractors, and staff Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Perform conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks Assist with identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; training can be provided if necessary Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response procedures Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Join us this summer to safeguard our community while developing your skills in a fast-paced security environment.
