AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions in accordance with site protocols, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support branch and operations staff during opening, closing, cash movement escorts, and other assigned post duties in alignment with armed post instructions and location requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree. Must have 1+ year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. An armed guard card and/or license is required. Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Must be 21+ years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
