Our officers play a critical role in protecting clients, property, and the public by maintaining a safe environment and responding quickly to incidents. Key Responsibilities Site Patrols — Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity. Access Control — Monitor entrances/exits, verify credentials, and maintain secure site access. Incident Response — Respond to emergencies, disturbances, alarms, and safety hazards. Report Writing — Document daily activity, incidents, and observations clearly and accurately. Customer Interaction — Provide assistance, directions, and maintain a professional presence at all times. Surveillance Monitoring — Observe cameras and security systems to detect threats or violations. Qualifications Valid Arizona Guard Card (Unarmed or Armed) Must be 18+ years old Strong communication and observation skills Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Prior security experience is a plus but not required
