DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Enterprise Security Director. This position involves coordinating staffing, policy development, and security training. Manages administrative tasks and file maintenance for security operations. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information, oversees daily functions of the Uniform Operations Division, conducts internal and casino-related investigations, analyzes findings, and prepares reports while exercising sound judgment. Responsible for managing insurance claims, invoice payments, coordinating event policies, and supervising security vehicle fleet management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Oversees and manages daily uniform operations ensuring compliance with security policy & procedures. Oversees payment of all department invoices Files claims and maintains all insurance claims made against the casino resort. Review all security incident reports and memos. Coordination of shift staffing Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation relating to WCR and the security department Maintain all personnel and administrative records. At the direction of the security director conduct investigations relating to the casino resort and other enterprises Oversees all administrative department files/functions. Assist with the hiring of potential security candidates. Coordinate staffing, policy development, and security-related training. Manage administrative tasks, including file maintenance for security operations. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information related to enterprise activities. Supervise daily functions of the Uniform Operations Division under the Director's guidance. Analyze investigation findings and prepare detailed reports and recommendations. Exercise sound judgment during investigations. Maintain written reports and files, including cashier over/short investigations. Manage and process insurance claims. Oversee invoice payments and inter-departmental coordination for event policies. Supervise security vehicle fleet management. Create and monitor the department budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of two years of casino experience. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Must be knowledgeable of the Gaming Compact, Tribal Regulatory Agency Ordinance, the appendices of the Compact, and regulations of the Compact pertaining to the security department and of the casino. Must be knowledgeable of various civil and law enforcement agencies to accomplish accurate and complete investigations. Must be able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary. Able to obtain and maintain an Az Gaming License. Must have a Current Arizona Driver s License and be able to meet Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation insurance standards.

WORK CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Bend, reach, stand, and walk for 34-66% of the workday. Eye/hand coordination for 34-66% of the workday. While working on the casino floor, the employee is exposed to high levels of noise daily.
