As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working conditions that may vary by location. Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or driver entry activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Document daily activities, observed conditions, and/or incidents, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
